Exchange Policy

At NoLabels, we are committed to providing our customers with a delightful shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your clothing item, we offer an exchange policy to ensure your contentment. Please take a moment to review our exchange policy guidelines:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • You need to make sure that the exchange request is generated within 3 days from receiving the parcel.
  • Returns and Exchanges are not accepted for accessories, including bracelets, earrings, belts, sunglasses and handbags.

NOTE:

  • Kindly note that items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers should note that the exchange and return policy can only be applied once for the same order number.
  • Please note that discounts and promotional offers are not applicable to items that are being exchanged or returned.

Shipping and Handling

The exchange process involves two shipments - 

Shipment of product to be exchanged - Customers will be responsible for shipping the product to us for exchange, else we can arrange a pickup at an extra cost of Rs 100.

Shipment of the new product to customer - No Labels will be responsible for handling costs associated with the exchanged product. 

Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, please raise an exchange request via our exchange portal. 
  • Our customer service team will respond to it with approval based on availability of the product and will inform you about the next few steps such as return address.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at team@nolabels.com immediately.
  • Provide relevant details and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
  • We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Timeframe for Exchange

  • Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refund Policy

  • Please note that our exchange policy does not offer cash refunds.
  • If you do not wish to exchange the item, we can issue you a store credit for the same value as the original purchase.

Non-Transferable

  • Exchange requests are non-transferable and can only be utilized by the original purchaser.

Changes to Exchange Policy

NoLabels reserves the right to modify or amend this exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
