Return & Refund Policy

At NoLabels, we understand that sometimes products might not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure a smooth returns process for you. Here's everything you need to know about our hassle-free returns:

NOTE:

  • Kindly note that items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers should note that the exchange and return policy can only be applied once for the same order number.
  • Please make a Video Clip or Photo of packing the product and share it with us when returning the product.
  • Please note that discounts and promotional offers are not applicable to items that are being exchanged or returned.
  • Returns and Exchanges are not accepted for accessories, including bracelets, earrings, belts, sunglasses, and handbags.

Returns Period

We offer a 4-days hassle-free returns period starting from the date of delivery. Once you've initiated a return, you'll have an additional 4-5 days to send the product(s) back to us.

Reverse Pick-Up Services

For your convenience, we provide reverse pick-up services. When returning a product, a reverse shipment fee of Rs 250 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items within the order. This means you'll only have a single deduction of Rs 250 for the entire order, not for each individual clothing item.

Pick-Up Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt pick-up twice. In case the pick-up is unsuccessful, you'll need to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse Pick Up availability is subject to your area pin code.

Return Condition

To ensure a successful refund, please return the product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products show signs of wear or are returned in poor condition, a refund won't be provided.

Refund Process Only Via Store Credits

After we receive your return, please allow up to 7 days for processing. Please note that we provide refunds via store credit only, which means you can use these credits for another purchase.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Refunds For Deals

When returning an item that was purchased during sale or using a promo code, only the product price paid by you will be refunded. Discounted or sale amount will not be refunded.

Self-Shipping for Returns

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you'll need to courier the product(s) to our warehouse address. In that case there will be no deduction of reverse pickup charges. You will get the full product amount as store credit. 

Product Damage or Discrepancy 

If you receive a damaged product or if it doesn't meet the standards upon delivery, promptly contact us within 1 day at team@nolabels.co.in with the details, and we'll assist you accordingly.
