Return & Exchange Policy

At NoLabels, we are committed to providing our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. In any unfortunate case, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can assist with our exchange & return policy. Please take a moment to review our policy guidelines:

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • You must generate the return or exchange request within 4 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Returns and Exchanges are not accepted for any kind of accessory available on the website.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

  • Kindly note that items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • For international orders, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.
  • Customers should also note that the exchange and return policy can be applied only once for the same order number.
  • Please note that discounts and promotional offers are not applicable to items that are being exchanged or returned.

*Once our aligned courier partner picks up the product and our team completes the quality check, we'll initiate the refund within 24 hours. The refund will be in the form of store credits, and you can expect the amount to reflect within 24 hours.*

Shipping and Handling

The exchange process involves two shipments - 

1.) Shipment of product to be exchanged of returned: For your convenience, we provide reverse pick-up services. When returning a product, a reverse shipment fee of Rs 250 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items within the order. If the option for reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you may choose to self-ship product(s) back to us using a trusted courier service within 4 days of initiating the exchange request.

  • Responsibility of Correct Dress Exchange: Upon receiving an incorrect product, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct dress is handed over to the Delhivery Logistic Partner for exchange.
  • Reshipping charges in case of wrong self-shipment: If we receive the wrong product and it needs to be reshipped, the customer is required to pay a fee of Rs.150 to reship that particular dress to the designated address.

2.) Shipment of the new product to the customer: No Labels will be responsible for handling costs associated with the shipment of the new product.

The process to initiate an Exchange

  • To initiate an exchange, please raise an exchange request via our exchange portal or click here.
  • Our customer service team will respond with approval based on the new product's availability.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

The process to initiate a Refund

  • To initiate a return, simply navigate to the "My Orders" section on the Nolabels website and select 'Return.' 
  • Be sure to take note that all refunds will be issued in the form of store credits, and you can expect the amount to reflect within 24 hours.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare event of a defective, damaged, incomplete, or wrong order, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with an unboxing video of the product, for our confirmation. 
  • Please send us at least 3-5 high-quality images of the defect and a clear picture of the original intact tag.

*If you can’t reach our server due to a technical error, you can reach us at team@nolabels.in. However, it is important to make sure that any complaint raised after 48 hours is not considered.*
