Order Status & Tracking

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us promptly. Keep in mind that address modifications are only possible if your order has not yet been dispatched. Reach out to our Customer Care team at team@nolabels.in or +91 9779820075 to update your shipping details.

You can track your order by the confirmation link we send via WhatsApp. Apart from that, you can track your order by navigating to the "Order History" section on Nolabels' website.

Typically, the estimated delivery time ranges from 7 to 15 business days. However, this timeframe may vary based on your location and the product's dispatch schedule. To determine the estimated dispatch time for a specific product, please refer to the product description.

In case of a missed delivery attempt, our courier partner will typically make one additional attempt on consecutive days. However, if that is missed, then we expect you to contact the delivery service or reach out to our customer service at team@nolabels.in or +91 9779820075.

If your order status shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We'll work with our courier partners to investigate the issue and ensure you receive your order promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

For domestic orders, standard shipping charges are 199 INR for COD orders and 49 INR for Prepaid orders. International orders incur a standard shipping fee of 2500 INR. Please note that the shipping charges for international orders may vary due to factors like customs regulations and country area codes. In such cases, our team will contact you before dispatching the products to confirm the shipping fees.

International duties and taxes are levied by customs authorities in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary depending on the country's import regulations and the value of the imported goods.

If you suspect tampering with your package upon arrival, please do not accept it. We recommend recording a video of the tampered package before refusing delivery for our review and confirmation. Once our customer care team verifies the issue, they will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

Return & Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Nolabels 4-day return and exchange policy gives you the option to initiate a return or exchange aiming for any reason within 4 days of receiving it. 

Conditions applicable for requesting a return or exchange are-

  • Make sure the order is not used, washed, or tampered with and has the original tag intact on it. 
  • Beware that this return & exchange policy is applicable only to the products that are not on sale. 

For your convenience, we provide reverse pick-up services. When returning a product, a reverse shipment fee of Rs 250 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items within the order. This means you'll only have a single deduction of Rs 250 for the entire order, not for each individual clothing item.

You can create an exchange request for products purchased from Nolabels within 4 days of its delivery. 

We provide a pick-up option in certain areas depending on the availability of our courier service. If you opt for a pick-up, kindly ensure that the product(s) are placed securely in a packet. Additionally, please ensure that the product(s) remain unused and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

If the option for reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you may choose to self-ship product(s) back to us using a trusted courier service within 4 days of initiating the exchange request. Just make sure it's unused, unwashed, and has all the tags on. Please include your Order Number inside the package, and send it to the address below using a reliable courier service-

To initiate a return, simply navigate to the "My Orders" section on the Nolabels website and select 'Return.' 

Be sure to take note that all refunds will be issued in the form of store credits.

Make sure the product(s) must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. We will pick up the return within 4-5 business days from the requested placement date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup.

If the option for reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product(s) back to us using a trusted courier service within 4 days of initiating the exchange request. Once our aligned courier partner picks up the product and our team completes the quality check, we'll initiate the refund within 24 hours. The refund will be in the form of store credits, and you can expect the amount to reflect within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email on your registered email ID.

In the unfortunate case of a defective/damaged/incomplete/wrong order, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with an unboxing video of the product, for our confirmation. 

Further, we request you to provide us with at least 3-5 high-quality images of the defect. And a clear picture of the original intact tag.

If you can’t reach our server due to a technical error, you can reach us at team@nolabels.in. But make sure any complaint raised after 48 hours will not be considered

There could be various reasons why the pick-up of your product failed, such as an incorrect address, unavailability during the scheduled pick-up window, or issues with the courier service. Please contact our customer support team for assistance in rescheduling the pick-up or exploring alternative options.

To access and utilize your store credits, please use the email or contact number you initially used to place your order. On the checkout page, you'll see a store credit tab showing your available credits. Your total payable amount will be adjusted accordingly after deducting the store credits.

Kindly note that store credits cannot be used to cover shipping charges.

Please note that you cannot cancel any order directly through our website. To cancel a prepaid order, please contact our Customer Care team at team@nolabels.in or +91 9779820075. Do keep in mind that prepaid orders can only be canceled before they are packed in our warehouse.

For COD orders, you can cancel your shipment by responding to the confirmation message sent to you on WhatsApp after the order is placed.

International Ordering & Shipping Policy

The delivery time for international orders depends on the destination country, the shipping method chosen, and any customs processing delays. In normal conditions, the average delivery time is 20-25 business days.

Orders & Payment Policy

Nolabels accepts a variety of payment methods to accommodate our customers' preferences. These include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), digital wallets (PayPal, Google Pay), bank transfers, and net banking. Additionally, we may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option in select regions.

Yes, it is safe to use your credit/debit card on the Nolabels platform. We prioritize the security and protection of our customer's personal and financial information. Our website utilizes industry-standard encryption technology and security protocols to safeguard your data during transactions. Additionally, we adhere to strict privacy policies and comply with relevant regulations to ensure a secure shopping experience for all our customers.

While we strive to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers, the certain restrictions that may apply are-

  1. The option of COD is not applicable on orders above 10,000 INR and International Orders.
  2. We do not facilitate COD for our collection of accessories, i.e. Earrings, Neckpieces, hand accessories, bags, belts, and any other jewellery.

If you have chosen Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method, you will be required to pay the courier executive directly upon delivery of your order. You can pay through any immediate option according to your convenience.
