At NoLabels, we aim to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have two options: store credit or exchange. Here’s how it works:
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange:

Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached).

You must request a return or exchange within 4 days of receiving your order.

Accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

You can only return or exchange an item once per order.

Discounts and promotions do not apply to returned or exchanged items.
2. Fees Deduction:

Store Credit: If you request store credit, a Rs 250 deduction(to cover our logistics cost) will be made from the amount, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit. You will receive a unique code to use on future purchases and it will be valid for lifetime.

Exchange Fee: If you exchange an item, a Rs 250 charge will be deducted for reverse pickup and reshipment.

Wrong Shipment: If you return the wrong item for exchange, a Rs 150 fee will apply to send the correct product.
3. Exchange Process:
- Under our exchange policy, you may only exchange for a different size of the same product — not for an alternative item.
- If you wish to exchange for a different product, it will be treated as a return, and store credit will be issued accordingly.
- To exchange an item, submit a request via our exchange portal. Our team will confirm availability and approve your exchange.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the exchange item to you.
4. Refund Process:
- To return an item, go to "My Orders" on our website and select "Return."
- Refunds are issued as store credit only.
- Once the return is approved and processed, you will receive a unique coupon code via email/WhatsApp.
- The store credit is valid for lifetime, but can be used only once for placing your next order.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours. Make sure to send an unboxing video and 3-5 clear photos of the issue, along with the original tags.

If you can’t contact us via the website, email us at team@nolabels.in. Complaints made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

NoLabels reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website, and the updated policy will apply to future purchases.
