Return & Exchange
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days to send it back to us. We can alter or exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size and doesn't fit you as per your requirement. If you need an exchange for a different size (or alterations) because of sizing issues, send us an email at email@example.com.
(Note: Hand embroidered collection are not included in this policy)
Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Since all the pieces are made to order we do not follow refunds on products sold. In case you are not ecstatic with the fit, we will take care of alteration.
Please ensure we receive the same for alterations within 7 days from the date of delivery. The cost of return courier shall be born by you. Re-delivery is taken care by us.
